Raymond Tan, ex-convict-turned millionaire turned Chef selling fabulous Seafood Congee, went through life as a troubled youth, but by 22, was determined to stay out of jail for good.

 

His life’s journey has led him to where he is today, to make an honest living and have stability as a hawker.
